SUNDAY SCHOOL
Sunday School classes for Youth are held Sunday mornings from 9:15am-9:50am(-ish) (during the school year). Our goal is for youth to deepen their faith while strengthening their relationships one another. We're not afraid to handle difficult topics and encourage our youth to ask questions. A typical Sunday session will start with a fun activity or ice breaker, followed by a large group lesson, and then small group discussion.

We meet in the student lounge at CPS. It can be tricky to find, if you need help stop by the Welcome Table (just inside the main door) and they'll be happy to show you the way!
YOUTH GROUP
Youth Group typically meets once a month, from 6:30pm-8:00pm, at The Bridge office - 401 Walnut ST in Washington. Since we tend to cover heavy topics in Sunday School we try to keep our youth group meetings light - lots of games, snacks, and getting to know one another. We'll usually wrap up the evening with a brief 5-10 minute lesson.

Throughout the school year and summer we'll host other fun events - movie nights, game nights, field trips, service projects, etc. Details for all of these events are shared via our text list and the Bridge Youth Facebook page (scroll up for information on joining). You can also find a current list of events under What's Happening at The Bridge on the main page of our website.

Kids do not need to attend The Bridge on Sunday mornings to attend youth group - it is open to everyone and our youth are encouraged to invite and bring friends!

INTERGENERATIONAL
Youth are the future of the church and research shows they develop lifelong faith best in churches where they have meaningful relationships with people of all ages. At the Bridge, we are committed to helping youth form those relationships. From stuffing Easter eggs with senior adults, doing service projects with young adults, and working with kids at VBS, we are intentional about bringing different generations together.

Intergenerational events often take place on months with a 5th Sunday. These intergenerational events will be posted under What's Happening at The Bridge on the main page of our website as they become available.
WANT TO HELP?
There are opportunities to make a difference in the lives of our youth every week. All leaders are background-checked, trained, and our teams are committed to providing the best possible experience to help children grow spiritually and personally.

We're always appreciative of individuals, families, and small groups who are willing to provide snacks/drinks or host unique activities (cookouts, outdoor movie nights, pool parties, etc.).
